father's day 2010

since my dad has NO idea what a blog really is, or any social media devices for that matter, i can safely post this father's day gift for him. if you know fred, you know he is one of a kind. he is the best story teller full of drama and theatrics. his sense of humor is fabulous! being a retired lieutenant on the fire department means he has stories! and some of the most gruesome ones make us laugh with his voice fluctuations and timing! so, naturally having a dad like this, means he is FULL of sayings that we ALWAYS hear. ALL the time. so, we made him this poster using photos from when we were kids with his most common saying, "if you got kids you got nothing. and what you do have is broke." yes, i know it's not grammatically correct, but that's my dad! :) he always says this to us when our kids break something and we can't find anything.
i love you dad! thanks for being so amazing in so many ways!

Graduation time!

congrats to all you 2010 graduates! we have done many cool graduation announcements and party invites this season and here is one to show you. i love how this was based off of a baby announcement. bittersweet how these babies of ours grow up! :)
